Tencel

Tencel® is the registered trade name for a type of lyocell, a natural, man made fibre.  Made with wood pulp celulose from sustainable tree farms tencel is a biodegradable material.  Studies also show that processing of Tencel® requires less energy and water than that of cotton, and the trees used are usually grown without pesticides.

Tencel is a silky smooth thread that can be dyed vibrant colours.

Makes beautiful scarves and shawls.
